Una empresa internacional de manufactura busca un Finance & Controlling Manager con al menos 10-15 años de experiencia. Se requiere dominio de gestión financiera, conocimiento de normativas fiscales en México e IFRS, y habilidades en presupuestos y informes financieros. El candidato ideal tendrá un título en Contabilidad o Finanzas y será capaz de comunicarse efectivamente en español e inglés. Formación

• Mínimo 10-15 años de experiencia relevante en posiciones similares.
• Experiencia en gestión financiera en el sector industrial/manufacturero.
• Conocimiento profundo de las normativas fiscales mexicanas e IFRS.

Responsabilidades

• Actuar como socio comercial para el Director General y CFOs corporativos.
• Gestionar las operaciones financieras externalizadas.
• Proporcionar información y orientación financiera.

• At least 5 years in a senior finance role with full P&L, BS, cash management and high controlling exposure.
• Proven experience in multinational or joint venture environments.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and fiscal compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP system, and group reporting tools.
• Act as a business partner to the General Manager and corporate CFOs, providing insight and financial guidance.
• Strong experience managing outsourced financial operations.
• High ethical standards, hands‑on work style, and strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and interface confidently with senior leadership.
