Role Overview

As the Strategy, Planning & Analytics Quality Manager on the Strategy team, you will design and execute the company’s highest‑impact quality initiatives, set quarterly targets, and monitor performance metrics weekly. Your work will influence significant budget decisions and the overall marketplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects aimed at improving quality with Product, Growth, Local teams, Operations, and Data Science.
• Prioritize and drive the most important Turbo MX initiatives.
• Develop metrics, design weekly tracking dashboards, and leverage Turbo MX data capabilities.
• Create business cases and financial models aligned with Turbo MX’s financial and strategic goals.
• Define rollout plans, including execution design, operational adjustments, and strategic alliance implementation.
• Identify key stakeholders, secure agreements, and manage execution risks.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Support, Growth and Data Science teams to achieve targets.
• Ensure daily implementation of conciliations and P&L initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in consulting or similar, preferably with MBB firms; experience in investment banking or VC is welcome.
• 5–6 years in fast‑paced industries (e.g., CPG, airlines, tech).
• Strong project‑management and leadership skills, including diagnosis, design and execution of diverse projects.
• SQL proficiency required; extensive Excel modelling expertise.
• Finance acumen, understanding of P&L and cost‑spend drivers.
• Data‑driven decision making experience.
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities and timelines.
• Exceptional problem‑solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Curiosity to learn and thrive in a start‑up / tech environment.
• Proficient in English; Spanish and Portuguese are plus.
