Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Support Selling expense as a financial analyst and work together with SellEx Director & Team to deliver the agenda for the Southeast region, accounts and financial requirements.

Your Impact

As Finance Analyst - Supply Chain, your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions
  • Provide overall support for the period-end (close) results and the preparation of the forecast
  • Assist the Finance Director with the development of selling expense targets by geography and/or route type
  • Analyze "Controllable" performance vs Plan and Forecast, inclusive of unsaleables, mileage, overs/shorts, and others
  • Maintain reporting and perform analysis on headcount, staffing, and go-to-market to optimize efficiency
  • Provide analytic support to help prepare for "work-withs" conducted by SellEx Director (SXD) and/or Market Process Managers (MPM)
  • Develop and manage forecast & AOP models, tools, and reporting; Assist SXD with portions of forecast and AOP submissions as applicable
  • Help administer certain region or zone budgets (e.g., Travel & Entertainment, Equipment)
  • Provide conduit to coordinators or PO processing teams to ensure payment and budgeting of key accounts
  • Extract insights from the automated SellEx Toolkit to drive Zone Business Manager (ZBM) and MPM focus
  • Work on key region/customer initiatives to drive business and region performance
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights as required
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  • Experience working on a P&L, core financial planning experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in finance and planning
  • Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Essbase
  • Tableau and/or Power BI User knowledge
  • Strong excel skills
  • Proficiency in English language
