Finance Analyst

Mexico City / Finance – Finance Operations / Full-time / Hybrid

We are in need of a motivated and creative problem solver for the Financial Operations team, to help build and maintain financial infrastructure on the payments platform. This role will be foundational for payments made through the Jeeves platform and will report to the Global Finance Operations Lead. This role will be hands-on and strategic, and will serve as the key point person for payment application, statement questions, analyzing cash flows and bank relations. Job Responsibilities:

• Payment application
• Understanding of the financial services industry and how payments are facilitated
• Client reconciliations and assisting cross-functional partners with the collections process, if necessary
• Monitoring JeevesPay transactions by applying payments and any downstream variables as necessary
• Developing and maintaining reconciliation of card payments with payment processors
• Assisting in the opening of new bank accounts, as well as troubleshooting and escalating issues that may arise with current accounts

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in finance-related roles
• Experience creating presentations and leading discussions at executive meetings
• Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions
• Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment
