We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Facilities and Infrastructure Manager with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of technical systems in industrial environments.
This person will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our operations through the execution of world‑class infrastructure projects and preventive maintenance strategies.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and execute infrastructure and maintenance projects in a manufacturing environment, ensuring operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX initiatives related to building systems, utilities, and critical services.
- Design and supervise maintenance plans based on asset criticality and production priorities.
- Oversee turnkey projects including facility expansions, plant modernization, and process realignment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and implement contingency strategies.
- Drive technical solutions that support energy efficiency, sustainability, and scalable operations.
- Manage critical facility systems such as HVAC, electrical substations, compressed air, and water treatment.
- Lead procurement processes, RFP development, supplier evaluations, and performance audits.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (NOM, OSHA, NFPA, ISO).
- Conduct proactive technical inspections to anticipate failures and reduce operational risks.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technical team.
Requisitos / Experiencia y habilidades
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Master's degree in Project Management or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
- Experience
- Minimum of 8 years in industrial maintenance and infrastructure project execution within a manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience leading high‑performance technical teams.
- Hands‑on knowledge of ASME, NFPA, NOM, ISO standards.
- Proficiency in asset management, predictive maintenance, and CMMS systems.
- Strong project management background using Agile or PMI methodologies.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SAP PM, and Power BI.

- Strategic decision‑making and cross‑functional leadership.
- Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Solid understanding of Industry 4.0 tools (digital twins, IoT diagnostics, automation).
- Financial acumen in ROI, TCO, and process reengineering.
- Strong negotiation and compliance orientation.
