A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter to handle automotive recruitment remotely. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in recruiting, fluent in both Spanish and English. They will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to negotiation, while building strong relationships with stakeholders. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as adaptability to meet the demands of a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Formación

  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, particularly in automotive and manufacturing roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter with success in recruiting for automotive positions. This role is fully remote, but the candidate must live in Mexico and speak fluent Spanish, and may run between 6-8 months, but could get extended.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in automotive and manufacturing roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Must live in Mexico.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
  • Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challenges.
