A leading Experience Management company is seeking a Professional Services Analyst to support the technical design and delivery of Experience Management solutions. This role involves configuring the platform based on customer requirements, supporting quality assurance and user acceptance testing, and collaborating with client teams to resolve technical issues. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in client management and preferably a quantitative degree. This position is located in Mexico City.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience managing and retaining clients leveraging software.
• Comfort with technical concepts and self-guided learning.
• Ability to work independently on low to medium complexity assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications.
• Configure the Medallia platform to meet customer requirements.
• Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes.
