The role involves providing administrative support, coordinating communication across multiple ventures, and ensuring effective project management. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience in similar positions, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and are tech-savvy. This position is remote with a preference for candidates based in Latin America working during U.S. business hours.

Formación

• 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-phase initiatives.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and operational support for the CEO.
• Document CEO meetings, ensuring follow-up and action tracking.
• Coordinate communication between teams, VAs, and business partners.
