About the Role

We are a fast-growing skincare company seeking a multi-talented Executive Assistant & Marketing Project Manager to support our founder. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance—it blends operations, marketing coordination, and creative support.

You'll be the right-hand partner to the founder, ensuring smooth operations while also supporting marketing projects such as website updates, presentations, graphic design, and social media content. Think of it as a one-stop shop role: part EA, part project manager, part marketing coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support & Coordination: Manage calendar, scheduling, and communication flow (emails, WhatsApp, Slack, calls).
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
  • Provide personal and business assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Marketing & Creative Support: Coordinate website updates and maintain consistency across online platforms.
  • Assist with graphic design needs (social media, decks, presentations, campaigns).
  • Help prepare marketing collateral and sales decks that align with brand identity.
  • Support social media posting, content coordination, and campaign execution.
  • Project Management: Build and manage systems to keep projects and deliverables on track.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or Marketing Coordinator.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
  • Comfort with website updates (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (must be fluent to Miami clients).
  • Flexible and available beyond traditional working hours.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce.
  • Ability to create presentations and visually compelling sales/marketing decks.
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture.
  • Based in Colombia (preferred).
