We are a fast-growing skincare company seeking a multi-talented Executive Assistant & Marketing Project Manager to support our founder. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance—it blends operations, marketing coordination, and creative support.
You'll be the right-hand partner to the founder, ensuring smooth operations while also supporting marketing projects such as website updates, presentations, graphic design, and social media content. Think of it as a one-stop shop role: part EA, part project manager, part marketing coordinator.
