A corporate firm in Mérida is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. You will manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and communications, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have at least 1-2 years of experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced settings. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for this role. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to key initiatives.

Formación

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Ashland Greene.

This role requires excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Acting as the CEO's main point of contact, you will ensure smooth communication, organized workflow, and timely execution of tasks across departments, investors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage CEO's calendar, travel, meetings, and communications.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and board materials.
  • Organize executive meetings and investor calls.
  • Coordinate with department heads to track initiatives and deliverables.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) required.
