Formación

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant.
  • Experience working within an HR structure or exposure to procurement processes/systems is advantageous.

Job Overview

Acts as the lead for administrative tasks, introducing and implementing best practices, and providing guidance to administrative staff.

Job Requirements

Provides professional administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details within a department or functional area. Responsibilities include office administration, daily clerical duties, basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, expense reports, documentation, draft executive presentations, and file maintenance.

Ensures departmental operations comply with organizational policies and procedures.

Schedules meetings and related requirements for departmental staff, including reserving conference rooms, catering, and A/V equipment if necessary.

Provides additional support to the Americas HR Director.

Candidate Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Business, Administration, or Human Resources)
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours with advance notice to support various time zones
  • Experience working within an HR structure or exposure to procurement processes/systems is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Customer-centric mindset and success working in a cross-cultural environment
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, creative, and able to work independently
