Responsibilities
  • Organize events, including exhibitor/visitor sales, marketing, program development, and on-site operations.
  • Ensure the event meets revenue, expense, and profit goals within event production and operations.
  • Supervise a business support team while also performing hands‑on tasks.
  • Accountable for team outcomes, works within set practices, handles complex assignments, and analyzes problems to find solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales team management experience.
  • Strong leadership in sales.
  • Background in events or expos.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Power BI.
  • Skilled at coaching and training teams.
