What you’ll do:
- Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience.
- Applying customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of company products or services to meet customers' needs.
- Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issue related with a customer’s account.
- Adding new lines or services to accounts to help customer's business grow.
- Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customer's needs beyond just the resolution of the issue.
- Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.). Use your resources to ensure complete resolution.
- Products offered: Telephone Services, hotspots and device that connects with a network, also able to offer DIRECTV, Internet, programs and different type of systems for businesses.
- Type of sales: Upgrades, package change, adding new services, plan change.
Requirements:
- Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers.
- Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must.
- +1 year of sales experience. (excellent communications skills).
- Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week. Our center operates from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays).
We offer:
- Monthly Base Salary: MXN$22,133 (before Taxes).
- Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000, when you meet your sales and service targets.
- Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,583 every 14 days.
- Monthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,267 every 14 days.
This is NOT a Work from Home role, you will be required to work in our offices 100% of the time. Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and the operating hours of your site.
