The ideal candidate will lead a development team, manage external vendors, and ensure sustainable project delivery. Candidates must have significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure services, along with strong leadership skills. • Minimum 6 years of experience leading ERP development teams and projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur and Sapience platforms is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing development team.
• Ensure sustainable project delivery, balancing workload and priorities.
• Manage and negotiate with external partners and define Scope of Work.
• Collaborate closely with solution architecture and PMO.
