A global technology firm based in Monterrey, Mexico is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to support New Product Development and ensure seamless product transitions. The role includes coordinating NPDI projects, providing technical support across teams, and managing deliverables. Candidates should possess a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 10 years of NPDI experience preferably in HVAC, and proficiency with advanced CAD tools. Formación

• 10 years NPDI/Sustaining experience ideally in HVAC or refrigeration.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects.
• Capable of multitasking in global cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for NPDI engineering deliverables for assigned projects.
• Collaborate effectively with technicians and junior engineers.
• Assists with troubleshooting of escalated or recurring field issues.

Conocimientos

Mechanical and thermal design

Managing multiple projects

Advanced CAD tools (CREO)

Fluent in spoken and written English

Troubleshooting skills

Educación

BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

MBA preferred
