💼 Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute email lead‑generation campaigns (email, automation, and other outbound tactics).
  • Create and run cold email campaigns to generate leads.
  • Build and segment prospect lists and manage CRM workflows.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, report on performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine growth strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Implement marketing automation best practices to ensure scalability.
🚀 Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or lead generation roles.
  • 2+ years of experience handling CRM systems (GoHigh Level preferred)
  • Strong Knowledge in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).
  • Hands‑on experience running outbound or automated campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Availability to work full time in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
