A leading electronic technology company in Tijuana is seeking an experienced professional to lead test and inspection teams. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, analyzing defects, and implementing improvements. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, a degree in Electronic or Electromechanic Engineering, and fluency in English (80% proficiency). Familiarity with MS Office and programming languages is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support of test, test and inspection teams.
• Understand and maintain test area procedures.
• Create/modify, test and inspection equipments.
• Follow new models and current models, creating/modifying fit programs.
• Monitor production processes and schedules effectively.
• Implement improvements in the production process.
• Training of test technicians.
• Train new members and orientate them when necessary.
• Analyse defects and implement improvements to prevent them.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of project or production trends, quality and customer issues.
• Defect analysis and implementation of improvements to prevent them.
• Creation/updating of equipment maintenance schedules.
• Creation/updating of equipment calibration schedules.

Qualifications

• EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Electronic / Electromechanic Eng. or similar.
• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 3 years on similar charge
• LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY: 80%
• COMPUTER USAGE: MS Office, Programming language (SQL, c#, c++, labview.)
• ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Experience with communication protocols (serial, ethernet.)
• ADDITIONAL ATTRIBUTES: Proactive, creative, sense of urgency.
