This role involves achieving sales goals through exceptional customer service and cross-selling products. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess experience in sales. Overview

As a Bilingual Sales & Customer Service, you’ll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to keeping our customers connected. You must achieve sales goals by providing customer service and then cross-selling assigned products such as satellite TV, mobility & Broadband Internet, while providing solutions and services customized to business needs. Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience. Interacting with clients to resolve billing issues and doubts, providing service/support.

What you’ll do
  • Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience.
  • Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.). Use your resources to ensure complete resolution.
  • Products offered, Telephone Services, hotspots and device that connects with a network, also able to offer DIRECTV, Internet, programs and different type of systems for businesses.
  • Type of sales: Upgrades, package change, adding new services, plan change
What you’ll bring
  • Advanced English fluency to engage with US based English speakers.
  • Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must
  • Preferred: 1 year of sales experience in call center, financial or telecom services.
  • Ability to train/work 5 days an 8 hour shift (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 days off per week. Our center operates from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays). Your 1st day off is Sunday the 2nd day off is assigned to you by your Manager.

  • Monthly Base Salary: MXN$20,775 (before Taxes)
  • Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000, when you meet your sales and service targets
