A global adhesives company is seeking an EHS Coordinator in Monterrey, Nuevo León. This role involves designing and implementing EHS systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture during operations and construction phases. Ideal candidates will have a degree in relevant engineering fields, experience in EHS roles, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. The position offers a unique opportunity to impact sustainability and safety in manufacturing.

Formación

• 5+ years in EHS roles within manufacturing, with 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated capability managing contractor safety and audits.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican regulations (NOM, STPS).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the site’s Integrated EHS Management System.
• Lead EHS readiness for construction and line commissioning.
• Conduct training and promote a proactive EHS culture.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of ISO 14001/45001/9001

Bilingual English/Spanish

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, or Occupational Safety Engineering
