Role

As the E-commerce Manager for the LATAM Zone, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation, leading the online ecosystem for the Consumer Products Division across marketplaces like Amazon and Mercado Libre, in addition, you will play a key role in the omnichannel strategy to lead the e-retail category in all LATAM. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer for CPD LATAM, you’ll:

  • Ignite Campaigns: Adapt global activation materials to the LATAM region, ensuring every campaign resonates and delivers impact.
  • Build Connections: Create a thriving LATAM e-commerce community, fostering collaboration, trust, and the exchange of best practices across countries, brands, and teams.
  • Promote Excellence: Act as a champion for retail best practices, ensuring alignment and driving innovation across the region.
  • Drive Insights: Consolidate and analyze regional e-commerce performance data, transforming numbers into actionable strategies.
  • Be the Bridge: Lead strategic conversations with global teams, ensuring LATAM’s voice is heard and aligned with global priorities.
  • Create Experiences: Organize and manage e-commerce events that inspire innovation and engagement across the region.
We Are Looking For
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Are fluent in Spanish (native) and English (advanced), with Portuguese and French as a plus.
  • Excel in data analysis, influencing without authority, networking, campaign activation, and project management.
  • Are a Power BI and Excel wizard (pivot tables, charts, databases, formulas—you name it!).
  • Bring a proven track record in e-commerce, with a knack for navigating diverse markets and delivering results.
