A leading global healthcare company in Mexico is seeking a Sales Lead to enhance customer value and develop high-performing teams. In this role, you will guide the sales team, bridge sales and marketing needs, and create a culture centered on accountability and results. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and analytical skills, at least two years of pharma experience, and a Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA as a plus. The position requires a bold mindset and the ability to innovate in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Develop an inspiring vision within the sales team to exceed customer expectations aligned with corporate/business unit vision and operates within compliance guidelines (individually and for the team).

  • Works as a bridge between sales and marketing to include both perspectives and get better solutions for customers.
  • Attract, develop and retain Top Talent
    • Develop sales reps by providing a variety of experiences, monitoring progress and coaching/mentoring as appropriate.
    • Identify, recruit, and select top talent internally and externally for leadership roles.
    • Provide input to the organization to develop a strategic plan that defines the inputs (e.g. brands, people, resources) and strengths that can be leveraged to capture opportunities while reducing threats and weaknesses.

  • Create customer value externally: Identifies, prioritizes and builds strategic business partnerships with key customers and institutions.

Minimum requirements
  • At least two years of previous pharma experience in sales and in other cross functional areas.
  • Interest in developing professional career in commercial & marketing leadership roles, mid-term.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Able to effectively lead teams during times of change.
  • Business Level English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA or other related graduate-level degree desirable
  • Monthly traveling availability (+-8 days a Quarter)
