About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispute Management Analyst with a strong focus on customer deductions. This role is responsible for analyzing, validating, and resolving deduction-related disputes to ensure accurate financial reporting and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and validate customer deductions to determine root cause and appropriate resolution.
  • Accurately classify deductions (e.g., rebates, pricing errors, shortages, returns).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to resolve disputes.
  • Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all deduction cases.
  • Ensure timely resolution of open deductions to support healthy cash flow.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
