The Opportunity
The Consumer and Revenue Management Digital Deployment Director - LATAM plays a pivotal role in accelerating the digital transformation agenda across the Latin American region, with a specific focus on enabling and scaling digital capabilities within the Marketing and Revenue Management (RM) functions. This role is responsible for translating global digital strategies into actionable, market-relevant deployment plans that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and consumer engagement. Its main objectives are:
- The position serves as the strategic, trusted advisor and integrator between global digital transformation teams, regional business functional leads, and local market stakeholders, ensuring that digital tools, platforms, and processes are effectively implemented, adopted, and optimized across diverse markets. The role requires a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including MarTech, AdTech, data platforms, and commercial analytics, as well as the ability to manage complex change initiatives in a culturally diverse and dynamic environment.
- Leverage deep understanding of local market strategy & dynamics, customer behavior, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances to ensure that global strategies are appropriate and effective in local settings, transferring knowledge and share best practices between global and local teams, ensuring that both sides are well-informed about each other’s capabilities, challenges and expectations. Act as a regional COE to ensure standardization across the region to leverage global capabilities.
- Support the Global to Local deployment for non-anchor markets as needed. Identify local challenges, insights giving feedback and coach global and local teams to ensure that local needs are well-represented in global decision-making processes.
- Ensure standardization across the region to leverage global capabilities by local teams understanding and following global processes and best practices, adapting them to regional ways of working.
This role has a set of particular challenges navigating a complex multi-disciplinary structure between functions at all levels, ensuring alignment and seamless end to end connection to drive digital and business transformation.
Your Impact
As
Consumer & RevMan Deployment Director LatAm your scope would consist:
- Co-design the strategic digital transformation initiatives as an extension of the Global Transformation Leads teams and business functions for mid and long term, bringing regional expertise as well as define necessary adjustments to ensure their relevance and impact in the region, understanding digital landscape, challenges and opportunities. Drive pilots and proofs of concepts execution across the region to foster digital transformation.
- Design, lead, and manage the end-to-end deployment of digital consumer and RevMan capabilities across LATAM markets, ensuring alignment with global digital transformation strategies and local business priorities. Translate global digital blueprints into actionable regional road-maps, tailored to the maturity, infrastructure, and consumer behavior of each market.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of digital tools and platforms that enhance Marketing (e.g., CRM, DMP/CDP, personalization engines, media optimization) and Revenue Management (e.g., pricing analytics, trade promotion optimization, demand forecasting). Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing business processes and systems.
- Cross-Functional & Cross-Market Orchestration acting as the central point of coordination between global digital transformation teams, regional commercial leaders, digital products & applications, data teams, and local market stakeholders. Facilitate alignment, resource allocation, and prioritization across functions and geographies to ensure timely and effective deployments.
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new digital capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication strategies. Build digital fluency and capabilities across commercial teams through structured learning programs, coaching, and best practice sharing.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital consumer & RevMan trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors in LATAM to inform future deployments and innovation opportunities. Act as a thought leader and advocate for digital innovation within the regional leadership team, providing analytical and “out of the box” thinking to identify new opportunities to innovate and connect digital transformation portfolio initiatives to foster a unified PEPSICO digital ecosystem.
- Understands Global and Region/Local functional and Transformation strategic priorities, acting as the principal technology advisor to the Business and a champion for leading and driving digital transformation
- Supports development and prioritization of Strategic Business Capability Roadmap (i.e., defines the case for change, gains investment approval, identifies pursuit opportunities).
- Act as a regional COE to ensure standardization across the region to leverage global capabilities.
- Supports to deploy E2E consumer & RevMan digital capabilities for non-anchor markets (process, technology and people).
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Digital Marketing
Experience
- 10+ years experience in Digital Transformation, Program Management, Business Relationship Management, Business Analysis, Deployment Leadership and/or Deployment Strategy development within CPG or retail industry, or from Consulting firms.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies, and MarTech.
- Experience in Revenue Management.
- 10+ years of experience on projects delivery planning and execution
- Advanced digital capability expertise and deep hands-on experience with MarTech ecosystems, including platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Data Management Platforms (DMP) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) for audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Experience in revenue growth & commercial analytics tools, Pricing Analytics, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) platforms (e.g., SAP RGM, NielsenIQ, Anaplan, or similar).
- Experience using AI/ML-driven tools for price elasticity modeling, promo ROI analysis, and demand forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Agile methodologies certification end experience (SAFe, Scrum Master, Kanban or equivalents)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence, manage relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization (for both business functions executives and technical teams)
- Proven ability to lead complex change initiatives, inspire cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills (Full bilingual English and Spanish, Portuguese desire)
