Job Title: Data Scientist / AI Engineer / AI Developer

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI, with a strong foundation in software engineering and cloud-native AI deployment. You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consult with non-technical stakeholders to explore AI possibilities and identify meaningful value creation opportunities (e.g., Agents) within specific business functions or domains (e.g., Sales, Customer Service).
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
3. Guide non-technical stakeholders on AI capabilities and limitations to identify high-impact opportunities.
4. Architect and implement robust AI solutions on Azure and other hyperscalers to address complex business challenges.
5. Build and maintain production-grade ML pipelines and APIs in the cloud.
6. Conduct experiments to explore and validate new applications of Generative AI that can benefit the business.
7. Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of deployed AI solutions.
8. Monitor and optimize models and costs in production environments.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and cloud-based AI deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong engineering mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
