We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Enrichment Specialist to support a fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will ensure that CRM records, prospect lists, and sales reports are accurate, complete, and optimized for outreach. You will play a key part in maintaining data quality, identifying missing information, and streamlining processes to enable the sales team to operate efficiently. Accountabilities

The Data Enrichment Specialist will:

  • Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Enrich prospect and customer records by filling in missing data points such as contacts, emails, and company information.
  • Organize and maintain spreadsheets, prospect lists, and reports to support sales outreach.
  • Support sales leadership with data analysis, reporting, and list management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and implement process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and reliable data for sales initiatives.
Candidates should have
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • High attention to detail and excellent computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and process-driven mindset.
