Una empresa líder en la industria cervecera busca un líder para su equipo de ingeniería de datos en Monterrey. Este rol implica el diseño y mantenimiento de canalizaciones de datos escalables, colaborando con científicos de datos y analistas. Se requiere más de 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de datos, habilidades de liderazgo y una licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación o campos relacionados. Se ofrece un contrato permanente en un entorno de trabajo dinámico y en crecimiento.

Formación

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de datos y campos relacionados.
• Al menos 2 años en roles de liderazgo.
• Experiencia en desarrollo y mantenimiento de canalizaciones de datos.

Responsabilidades

• Dirigir un equipo de ingenieros de datos en el diseño y mantenimiento de canalizaciones de datos.
• Construir y mantener canalizaciones de datos eficientes.
• Colaborar con científicos de datos para asegurar la disponibilidad de datos.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of data engineers in designing, developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infraestructure on the Azure platform.
• Building and maintaining robust, scalable and efficient data pipelines to move and transform data from various sources to data storage systems.
• Collaborating with data scientist and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data availability for analytics and reporting.
• Monitoring data pipelines and systems to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor ´s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Physics or related.
• Preferred Master ´s Degree in related fields.
• Experience: 5+ years in data engineering and related fields with at least 2 years of experience in leadership roles.
• Expertise in designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing data storage solutions, such as databases and data warehhouses.
• English profieciency.
• Leadership.
