Overview
Tekton Labs is looking for a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships and drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives in North America.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and precision in tracking account performance, financial margins, and revenue trends.
- Oversee client account operations, ensuring seamless service delivery with a focus on data integrity and financial optimization.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high-quality experience with a structured, analytical approach.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations, using data-driven insights to enhance client relationships and business growth.
- Work extensively with financial and operational data, handling profit margins, cost analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Lead monthly performance analysis, using Excel and Google Sheets to generate actionable insights.
- Manage and expand customer relationships, focusing on profitability and strategic account growth.
- Identify and propose opportunities for service optimization, leveraging analytics to improve customer outcomes.
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams in a professional and structured manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management, preferably in the IT Professional Services industry.
- Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data, profit margins, and revenue trends.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, and data visualization).
- Experience in digital consulting, product development, or service design (preferred).
- Highly organized and structured, with a meticulous approach to client reporting and presentations.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Comfortable presenting financial data and strategic insights to executive-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to create high-quality, client-facing materials.
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with the confidence to engage with North American clients.
