Formación

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Executive (Spanish speaker) who will support customers through their journey in our service pipeline while also driving revenue through outbound sales engagement. This role focuses on customer follow-ups, retention, process guidance, and telesales conversions that contribute directly to the commercial team’s goals.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:
Outbound Telesales & Revenue Growth
  • Make outbound calls to engage customers with suitable product/service offerings
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and new sales conversions
Customer Success Ownership
  • Guide customers through internal processes with clear explanations
  • Ensure customers progress smoothly through each pipeline stage
  • Support retention by building trust and long-term engagement
Process & Documentation Follow-up
  • Call existing customers to provide updates and remind them of pending requirements
  • Collect, verify, and log documents to ensure full compliance before processing
Internal Coordination
  • Work with Operations, Tech, and Finance teams to resolve blockers or delays
  • Ensure smooth handovers between internal stages
CRM & Data Accuracy
  • Log all interactions and call outcomes in CRM in real time
  • Maintain accurate records of customer progress and sales activities
Issue Identification & Escalation
  • Spot customer roadblocks that affect conversion or onboarding
  • Escalate promptly for resolution to protect customer experience and revenue outcomes

  • Min 1-3 years of working experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Telesales
  • Excellent Spanish & English verbal communication + phone etiquette
  • Mindset: Customer-focused and commercially driven, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Skills: Excellent organization and high attention to detail
  • Technical: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiar with CRM tools
  • Sales Comfort: Confident in balancing telesales conversations with customer support and retention
