An innovative education firm in León, Mexico is seeking full-time customer service professionals to support an education platform. Candidates must possess 1 to 5 years of experience in customer service, have strong communication skills, and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. The role involves providing efficient service, managing customer complaints, and troubleshooting issues. This is a fully remote position offering a salary between $20 - $30 per month.

Formación

  • 1 to 5 years of customer service experience in hospitality, call center, or IT support.

  • Advanced English proficiency is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide friendly and efficient service.
  • Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, including urgent situations.
  • Identify and escape issues appropriately.
  • Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
  • Arbitrate in situations between users.
  • Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem.
  • Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1 to 5 years of customer servicing experience in hospitality, call center / contact center, IT Support, etc.
  • Must be available for a regular schedule of 5 days work week (40 hours), mutually agreed with your Lead, able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Shifts may include evening or early morning hours.
  • Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
  • Flexibility to perform various operations tasks as situation demands.
  • Startup (all-hands-on-deck) "I bust my ass because I love it" approach.
  • Passion for children, education, serving educators, and serving parents
BONUS SKILLS
  • Knowledge of and experience measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Previous, demonstrable experience with the creation of online help resources.
  • An early adopter of technology
