Una empresa de logística y transporte busca un Supervisor de Operaciones para supervisar al personal operativo y asegurar la atención al cliente en Aguascalientes, México. Se requiere licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, 2 años de experiencia en atención al cliente, y conocimientos en logística automotriz. El candidato deberá tener inglés intermedio y disponibilidad para viajar.

Formación

  • 2 años de experiencia en atención al cliente.
  • Conocimiento en logística automotriz y gestión de la cadena de suministro.
  • Inglés intermedio requerido.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervisar al personal operativo.
  • Control diario de confirmaciones de entrega.
  • Mantener y desarrollar la relación con los clientes de la empresa.
  • Generar informes para clientes internos y externos.

Overview

Administration, elaboration and review of the different processes in the operations area, as well as contributing to provide attention and satisfactory solutions to the client, in order to consolidate the commercial relationship. Develop and implement improvements in customer service processes, generating a sense of belonging to the company's values. Coordinate and guarantee 100% of the client's requirements

Job Description
  • Supervision of operational personnel.
  • Supervision of departure to distribution routes under your responsibility.
  • Daily control of delivery confirmations.
  • Problem solving.
  • Document control of processes.
  • Maintain and develop the relationship with the company's customers.
  • Coordinate the sending of documentation.
  • Provide information to internal and external customers regarding the logistics service provided.
  • Provide the customer with information that he requires.
  • Control of material stocks by supplier.
  • Resolve doubts and nonconformities that are presented.
  • Have communication with the team and the client's needs
  • Negotiations with the client.
  • Generate reports to internal and external customers.
  • Monitor and report traceability of cargo in normal flow or with anomalies to the customer.
  • System openings for operation control.
  • Coordinate and supervise the fulfillment of services.

  • Receive complaints, suggestions and solve employee problems

  • Ensure that the Reports generated from the daily operation are provided in a truthful, complete and timely manner, thus controlling the Inventory 100%.
Job Requirements
Education:

Bachelor's Degree/Engineering, International Business

Cooking:

ICT ́S, excel Intermediate

Administrative computing, being related to information technologies, knowledge of Office 365.

Experience: 2 years experience as a customer service

Knowledge in automotive logistics and supply chain, inventory management, customer focus and resource management, results-based planning, traffic

Required Language: Intermediate English

Availability to travel: Yes
