A luxury resort in Nayarit, Mexico is seeking a Culinary Experiences Chef responsible for driving culinary excellence and leading unique dining experiences. This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years as a Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef, as well as strong culinary skills and the ability to speak Spanish and English. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and oversee the culinary operations, ensuring high-quality standards are met in a vibrant, oceanfront setting.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
• Minimum 3 years culinary experience in renowned restaurants or catering companies.
• Verbal Spanish and English skills required.
• Ability to create exciting and accessible dishes.
• Full-time position requiring flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Executive Chef on day operations and culinary proposals.
• Lead Culinary Experiences including Beach Grill and Chef In Villa.
• Assist with menu development and maintain preparation standards.
• Determine purchasing specifications and budget allotments.
• Coordinate training activities for kitchen and service teams.
