Overview

This role is crucial for Driving client marketing initiatives focused on deepening engagement with high-value customers, fostering enduring brand loyalty, and optimizing customer lifetime value through experiences that consistently reflect brand excellence. The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Retail, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing and E-Business.

Responsibilities
  • Drive CRM Strategy focusing on client segmentation to enhance brand alighnment.
  • Craft personalized customer journeys, delivering elevated and unique experiences for key segments.
  • Orchestrate email marketing campaigns across diverse channels and touch points.
  • Partner with Trade Marketing and Retail to execute impactful Store Activation, ensuring effective customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize Loyalty program across all sales channels.
  • Ensure flawless exdecution of private client events.
  • Leverage KPI analysis to generate insighful executive reports, identifying improvements based on data an consumer trends.
  • Work in close parthership with Retail to ensure the proficient administration and optimal utilization of CRM tools, while consistently training sales teams.
Hard Skills
