A global nonprofit organization is seeking a Controller for Global Finance & Operations. This pivotal role involves designing scalable accounting systems, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and leading a high-performing team. Our current structure includes multiple U.S. and Mexican subsidiaries focused on philanthropy and for-profit fund management and real estate development. As our Controller, Global Finance & Operations, you will be the chief architect of our international accounting systems and financial data flow.
You will build and lead a world‑class operation to provide timely, accurate, and strategic financial insights across our complex, multi‑entity structure.

This role is an individual contributor role that reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
We are prioritizing candidates in the United States (remote welcome with flexibility to travel to Mexico City up to 20% of the time) as well as candidates located in Mexico City.
