Job Title: Contract Associate Analyst
Location of the position: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
Job Description

    • Conducting thorough investigations of internal systems and online storage locations to compile comprehensive records of supplier relationships, including agreements, amendments, orders, and spending patterns over time.
    • Interpreting / analyzing software licenses and service agreements, plus their associated SOWs, quotes, and purchase orders, working without benefit of legal or financial support resources.
    • Drawing internal requirements, timelines, and budgets from internal stakeholders to plan negotiations, then drumming up consensus for those negotiation plans
    • Executing negotiations plans with external vendor teams, leading compromise formation and driving to agreed outcomes
    • Presenting on negotiation progress and outcomes to stakeholders, building support for approval and execution of contracts
    • Documenting progress into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including end-of-negotiations wrap-up documentation
    • Organize, catalog, document information and create processes and structures to increase the team’s overall capability and efficiency over time
