A global technology company seeks an HR Administrator in Mexico City to provide essential administrative support through the employee life cycle, manage HR files, and assist with compliance programs. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HR administration experience, a degree in HR or a similar field, and excellent communication skills in English, Portuguese, or Spanish. Provide administrative support to all internal customers by being a point of contact for internal HR Operations standard information on Employee Life Cycle, Governance & Compliance and Strategic activities. Provide advice and support to internal and external customers based on a thorough understanding of SITA's processes, procedures, and policies as well as general knowledge of Human Resources. Participate in People Operations projects and roll out of programs. Work in partnership with other People teams on People related projects.
