A leading organization in LATAM is seeking a professional to provide analytical and operational support to the Compensation & Benefits function. This role involves data analysis, market benchmarking, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and excellent communication abilities. Competitiveness in salary and benefits administration is essential.
Provide analytical, operational, and coordination support to the LATAM Compensation & Benefits function, ensuring the effective implementation of regional programs and policies. The role focuses on data analysis, market benchmarking, benefits administration, and preparation of reports and recommendations that ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with local regulations across all countries in the region.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Advanced Excel and data management (Power BI preferred)
Knowledge of local labor and tax legislation LATAM (Mexico, Chile, Colombia, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking and financial acumen
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
