- Develop and implement commercial and sales strategies for the Mexican market aligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key retail and distribution partners across modern trade, self-service, and specialized channels.
- Negotiate annual business plans, pricing structures, promotions, and trade terms.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management for the region.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and emerging sales channels.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Perfil buscado
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or key account management roles within FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care industries.
- Proven record managing major retail accounts ( leading supermarket chains and department stores).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Based in Monterrey, with availability to travel within Mexico.
