Overview

Shape the Future of Mobility at Nissan: Launch Your Career, Drive Innovation. We are currently looking for a Collections representative to join our team in Aguascalientes.

In this role you will be negotiating resolutions for accounts that are 5-59 days past due. Provides customer service by adhering to a call plan and by demonstrating NMAC/IFS Core Values. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

A Day in the Life
  • Stays available to receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that will benefit both NMAC/IFS and consumer.
  • Researches and finds a solution for customer disputes, questions and concerns related to the account status and delinquency.
  • Maintains standard delinquency percentages and clearance ratios for individual portfolios, thereby achieving standard scores on Quality Assurance phone monitors.
Who We’re Looking for

Required:

  • Education requirements: High school diploma
  • List of required skills and qualifications: Basic understanding of the auto finance industry, empathetic with difficult situations & active listening
  • Knowledge of Excellent Customer Service Techniques (Call Center based preferably)
  • Fluent English
  • MS Office Intermediate
  • Ability to perform work onsite at Aguascalientes
  • Availability to work 48 hours per week
