Collections Agent Job Summary in Monterrey, NL

This is a full-time collections agent position in Monterrey, NL that offers a salary between $20,000 MXP per month with benefits including life insurance, meal vouchers, and potential performance bonuses. The work schedule includes weekends and is an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned accounts for collection efforts.
• Make professional outbound calls to collect payments while maintaining good customer relations.
• Resolve customer billing issues and reduce account delinquency by ensuring proper application of payments.
• Collect payments according to due dates.
• Identify reasons for account delinquency and discuss them with account managers.
• Monitor assigned accounts and collection reports.
• Follow up on payment arrangements.
• Send emails to encourage payment on delinquent accounts.
• Assist with month-end closings and annual financial audits.
• Complete all tasks accurately and on time.
• Perform other assigned duties.
