Job Description

Pro Resources is seeking CNC Machinists for a client in Churubusco, IN. Come work for a leading manufacturer that has been in business since 1969 in the aerospace, industrial and medical device markets.

Shift and Compensation

• 2nd and 3rd Shift
• Compensation is from 41,600 USD to 66,560 USD per year + Shift 10% Premium

Job Duties

• Operate CNC Mill, Lathe, and Swiss
• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Make offsets and work positions to meet print tolerance
• Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparators
• Basic Precision Metrology
• Experience running, setting up, and adjusting CNC turning, and/or milling machinery
• Perform hand work on components such as deburring and minor polishing

Background Profile

• Knowledge of removing burrs
• Ability to set up CNC Mills from start to finish including prepping of tools
• Ability to read and understand M and G codes
• Use of Fanuc and Siemens controls
• Knowledge of Lyndex Nikken rotary table with 3+2 on Vertical Mills
• Experience with full 5-Axis Vertical Mills
• Trouble shoot machining processes and machines
• Operate multiple machines at one time
• Experience with Medical Components
• Medical manufacturing Protocols
• Star CNC Swiss machine knowledge
• Machining experience with Titanium, Stainless, and High Nickel alloys
• Operation of CMM
• Troubleshooting/optimizing new CNC programs and processes
• Hand toolpath programming (angles/radii)
