A leading technology company in Puebla is seeking a Digital Data Tech Lead to drive the architecture and evolution of analytical data solutions. In this role, you will establish technical standards, collaborate across teams, and ensure the efficiency and scalability of data assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills, experience with ETL processes, and a solid understanding of cloud data solutions. You will be instrumental in delivering scalable analytics and aligning data initiatives with business objectives.

Formación

• Strong experience in visual data design and architecture.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
• Hands-on expertise in ETL / ELT development and DataOps practices.
• Cloud data experience with AWS (preferably Redshift) and Google BigQuery.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
• Proficient in Python for scripting and automation.
• Comfortable working with Jira and agile methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban).
• Advanced English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Define and enforce technical architecture and development standards.
• Promote the use of modern tools and technologies.
• Participate in project and task prioritization.
• Drive standardization and documentation of ETL processes.
• Manage the technical backlog for projects and support.
• Monitor the performance of data solutions and optimize them.
• Contribute to data governance policy implementation.
