Responsibilities
- Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
- Proactively identify and execute on expansion opportunities.
- Serve as a strategic partner to your clients, conducting regular business reviews (QBRs), providing value and uncovering future needs.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, from hiring managers to executives.
- Collaborate with internal Recruiting and Talent Success teams to ensure a high-quality delivery experience.
- Manage all commercial conversations, including contract renewals and negotiations for new services.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a Client Success or Account Management role with direct ownership of revenue targets (NRR, upsell quotas).
- Proficiency using Hubspot CRM.
- Fluent spoken and written English (C1/C2) is required.
- Experience in a B2B service, agency, or staffing company is strongly preferred.
- A consultative and strategic mindset; you can understand a client’s business problems and position effective solutions.
- Polished and articulate communication skills, with experience leading strategic conversations with senior-level clients.
- Ability to use data to build a business case and present performance metrics in client reviews.
- Capable of building rapport and relationships with clients in a remote environment.
- A track record of working effectively with internal teams to deliver a great client experience.
