A leading market research platform company is seeking a Client Manager to ensure client success through effective project management and communication. You will connect with clients, oversee project quality, and manage expert onboarding. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years' experience in project management, and excellent English skills. This full-time position offers a salary of 66,000 MXN, and work is remote in Mexico.

The Client Manager has the role of a program manager, helping clients find success on the platform by understanding their needs and ensuring the operations leaders deliver success. The role reports directly to the head of Product and to the CEO as there is no role more critical to the success of each client.
