We're looking for a Client Growth & Marketing Partner to help lifestyle brands grow through strategic merchandise and loyalty programs.
This role bridges marketing strategy, SaaS onboarding, and client success, guiding brands as they activate GrowthFlow and implement merch systems that connect customers, boost loyalty, and drive revenue.
Onboard new clients and launch their GrowthFlow accounts, Rewards, and Loyalty programs.
Ensure a smooth setup and help clients see value quickly.
Build long-term relationships through proactive support and creative collaboration.
Partner with clients on strategic campaigns, seasonal activations, and loyalty initiatives that drive measurable growth.
Develop merch campaign concepts aligned with each brand's goals, audience, and message.
Collaborate with internal teams on execution (sourcing, design, fulfillment).
Host regular client reviews to track results, share insights, and plan next steps.
Monitor key metrics to ensure activation, engagement, and retention success.
3+ years of experience in marketing, SaaS client success, or brand strategy.
Strong understanding of CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) and lifecycle marketing.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience or interest in branded merchandise, loyalty, or promotional campaigns.
Bonus: Familiarity with InkSoft, ESP, or SAGE platforms.
You'll be the bridge between technology and creativity, helping brands connect with customers in more human, authentic ways.
