A major social media platform is seeking a skilled professional based in Mexico City to serve as the main contact for clients in LATAM. This role involves analyzing campaign performance, recommending strategic improvements, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in account strategy or digital media and the ability to collaborate with various teams. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields is required, with a familiarity of the digital advertising ecosystem being a plus.

What you’ll do
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients in LATAM, focusing on partnership growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic recommendations in line with client marketing objectives and Pinterest’s value proposition.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to maximize results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Science, and Creative teams to deliver holistic solutions to clients.
  • Educate clients on Pinterest’s ad capabilities, best practices, and new opportunities aligned with their business goals.
  • Lead regular business reviews and performance presentations with stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and guide clients through the adoption of new products or features.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of campaigns.
What we’re looking for
  • Account strategy, or digital media experience, or analytic skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver business growth.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem in LATAM, with hands-on knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Pinterest and/or other social media platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.

In-Office Requirement Statement:
  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration at least 2-5 times per week. Therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Mexico City office.
