Team Overview

Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for turning insights into action? As a Sr. Strategy Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for data-driven decision-making, working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Latam to drive impactful initiatives and operational efficiencies. You’ll leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, or R to uncover insights and shape strategy. Role Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary source of data-driven insights, providing actionable recommendations to the City Manager and commercial directors.
  • Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies across Didi Food.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring the business stays on track to meet its goals.
  • Lead strategic projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights.
Role Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data analysis and visualization.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or data analytics, preferably in tech, consulting, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
