The Role

We are hiring a Chief Product Officer (CPO) or Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) —depending on profile—to lead Mútua’s product at a highly strategic level. This role owns the end‑to‑end product vision , from mission‑aligned strategy to execution, and sits at the intersection of product, data, AI, and capital allocation . You will be responsible for ensuring Mútua becomes core infrastructure for how impact decisions are made and coordinated globally. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role with direct influence on company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own Mútua’s product vision, roadmap, and priorities , aligned with long‑term mission and near‑term traction.
• Lead the development of AI‑and data-intensive products , including LLM‑enabled intelligence, classification systems, and continuously updated data pipelines.
• Translate complex user needs from asset managers, philanthropic organizations, and impact‑driven institutions into clear product requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, data, and design to ensure high‑quality execution and fast learning cycles.
• Make strategic product trade‑offs in an early‑stage environment with limited resources and high ambition.
• Ensure rigor, transparency, and trustworthiness in AI‑driven outputs used for capital allocation and strategic decision‑making.
• If acting as CPTO : co‑own technical architecture and guide technology choices in alignment with product strategy.

Requirements

• Senior product leadership experience in data‑or AI‑intensive products .
• Previous experience with asset management, impact investing, philanthropy, or adjacent capital allocation products .
• Strong understanding of AI‑enabled product development , including LLMs and data pipelines in production environments.
• Experience working closely with engineering and data teams in early‑stage or scaling products.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.

Highly Valued

• 0–1 entrepreneurship experience (founder or early operator).
• Experience in early‑stage startups or platform businesses.
• Background in mission‑driven, impact‑oriented, or complex multi‑stakeholder ecosystems.
