Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and results-oriented Channel Operations and Sales Enablement Manager, based in Mexico City, to accelerate growth across Latin America. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of impactful channel operations and sales enablement strategies for lighting, lighting control, and automated shading solutions. You’ll ensure alignment with global initiatives while tailoring programs to meet local market needs.
The role will be responsible for positioning innovation for the professional installer base and the customers they serve. You will translate powerful target audience insights into actionable marketing plans and messaging to grow awareness, adoption, and ultimately sales.
Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute regional plans aligned with sales goals, product launches, and events to drive growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to localize global campaigns and ensure strategic alignment.
- Performance & Optimization: Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize for ROI.
- Event Management: Lead planning and execution of regional events, managing logistics and lead generation.
- Social Media & Content: Support regional social media strategy and adapt global content for local relevance.
- Budget Oversight: Manage regional enablement budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Agency & Vendor Coordination: Oversee external partners to deliver aligned and timely campaigns.
- Email & Digital Campaigns: Design and execute targeted email campaigns and support website updates.
- Product Launch Support: Coordinate regional activities and materials for new product introductions.
- Sales Tools & Demos: Ensure sales teams are equipped with effective demo tools and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven B2B marketing experience in mid-to-large international organizations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business and marketing strategies (i.e., business, product management, sales, web, CRM, marcomm, sales ops, service, etc.).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing (paid, earned, owned media), sales channel marketing, and enablement tools.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Results-driven with a strong grasp of performance metrics and analytics.
- Experience managing agencies and creative teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
- International travel, including to the United States, may be required based on business needs.
