As a Credit to Cash Analyst, you will drive operational excellence within the CBS C2C function by managing the end-to-end Cash Application and Deduction process for the Americas. You will serve as a strategic point of contact for North America subsidiaries, overseeing a high-volume portfolio of $30M–$50M in monthly commercial deductions. Your focus will be on ensuring accuracy across promotions, pricing, and returns while maintaining strong alignment with customers, local finance teams, and banking partners.
Monitors Performance: Tracks key metrics and supports month-end closing to prevent P&L and bad debt impacts.
Handles Collections: Resolves past-due balances and credit holds by coordinating with customers and internal teams.
Resolves Deductions: Validates commercial and GTN deductions while improving 3-way matching accuracy.
Delivers Analytics: Prepares aging reports and analyzes customer payment history to identify root causes.
Supports Collaboration: Partners with Sales and Supply Chain to document workflows and share customer insights.
Contributes to Automation: Identifies tasks for simplification through process mapping and RPA/Bot initiatives.
Maintains Operational Control: Tracks manual orders and validates vendor compliance to ensure financial integrity.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related.
1 to 3 years of experience in Finance Areas.
Advanced English level.
Advanced ERP systems and Excel management.
A year at Credit to Cash processes.
Intermediate-advanced Portuguese.
Salary Range $10.00 - $10.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.
