A leading call center is seeking a Call Center Manager in Cuernavaca, Morelos, with strong sales and leadership skills. The ideal candidate is expected to lead a team of sales agents, monitor team performance, and drive results while ensuring excellent customer experiences. Formación

  • Native or near-native English proficiency (C1–C2).
  • Proven sales experience and prior team lead/supervisory experience in a call center (preferred).
  • Residing in Cuernavaca or able to commute daily.

About the Position
